HT3. A newly adopted stray dog saved the life of a newborn baby in the middle of the night.
The Robinsons, a family with a 6-year-old son, decided to move to a larger house in a remote area to build a farm when the wife became pregnant with their second child. They couldn’t have a pet in their small rented apartment, but now that they had their own place, they really wanted to get a dog.
They decided to adopt a dog from a shelter, so they went to visit a few. While listening to the stories of how each animal arrived at the shelter, they came across a timid Pit Bull named Benson.
Benson had a tough life. He was forced to fight for a long time and then abandoned. When volunteers rescued him, he had no trust in people and was scared. A family adopted him from the shelter, but they returned him after just 2 weeks because he wasn’t sociable.
Upon hearing this, Mrs. Robinson realized that she should offer him an opportunity for a brighter future. They decided to adopt Benson, and despite his initial odd behavior, he quickly befriended Mathias, the family’s son.
When the baby was born, Benson only showed love and affection.
Version 1: That night, the family was startled by a loud bark from the baby’s room. They hurried to investigate and found Benson biting the crib’s ribs. Initially, they were afraid he intended to harm the baby, but it was quite the opposite. It became clear that the baby had stopped breathing, and Benson was attempting to help her.
The family quickly took her to the hospital. They were informed that if Benson hadn’t notified them about the baby’s condition, she would have died. Luckily, that wasn’t the case.
Mrs. Robinson never expected Benson to save her child’s life after she saved his.
